The short version

Florida Drone Stock (floridadronestock.com) is a single-photographer marketplace for 4K aerial drone footage and high-resolution drone photography of Central Florida. Founded by Austin Munday in 2026, the catalog covers the Orlando metro and the broader I-4 corridor — landmarks, sports venues, working industrial sites, agricultural land, real estate, and infrastructure. Royalty-free licensing at $79 Standard or $299 Extended per location bundle.

The site sits in a niche the major stock-media platforms underserve: hyper-local, single-state, single-photographer coverage of subjects (industrial, aggregate, agricultural, hyper-specific Florida landmarks) where the broad libraries are visibly thin. Buyers include equipment manufacturers, environmental consultants, agriculture-marketing teams, real-estate brokerages, and editorial / documentary use.

Founder bio

Austin Munday is a licensed Florida REALTOR with Roost Realty Group and a sales manager in the aggregates industry. Florida Drone Stock grew out of his use of drones for real-estate listing work and a personal hobby of capturing Central Florida landscapes — the catalog covers locations he’s flown personally, with a deliberate focus on the industrial and agricultural subjects the major stock platforms don’t cover well.

Available for quote on: Central Florida aerial photography, first-party vs aggregator stock-media marketplaces, drone licensing for real estate, the industrial / aggregate / agricultural niche in stock footage, custom commercial drone work in Florida.

Story angles

If you’re researching a piece on any of the following, Austin is available for an interview or background quote:

  • How drone hobbyists and licensed real-estate professionals are building first-party stock marketplaces outside the Shutterstock / Getty / Adobe ecosystem
  • The industrial and agricultural categories that the major stock platforms underserve, and what buyers do when they can’t find what they need
  • FAA Part 107 in practice for Florida real-estate professionals and small commercial operators
  • The economics of single-photographer stock marketplaces vs aggregator platforms
  • Central Florida-specific aerial topics — the Orlando skyline build-out, the I-4 corridor, the aggregate and concrete supply chain, Florida cattle and agriculture, master-planned community construction in the metro
  • Why hyper-local catalogs can outrank national stock libraries on long-tail search for specific Florida subjects
